Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Listen, freshies are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and smell dang good… but they’re also final sale.

  • Clothing: Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Customers pay return shipping.
  • Household Cleaners: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.
  • Freshies & Other Non-Clothing Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged. Photo proof of damage is required.
  • Changed your mind about the scent? Sorry, we can’t swap it. (Pro tip: grab a ready-to-ship freshie first to test-drive a scent before you commit.)

FAQ — The Freshie Files

Q: How long do freshies last?
A: Usually 3–6 weeks, depending on the scent, where you hang it, and how hot it gets. (Freshies hate summer dashboards but love closets.)

Q: Can I “refresh” my freshie once it fades?
A: Nope. When it’s done, it’s done. But hey, it still looks cute hanging around even after the scent fades.

Q: Are freshies safe for kids and pets?
A: Safe to sniff, not safe to snack. Keep ‘em out of little hands and paws.

Q: Where should I hang my freshie?
A: Cars, lockers, closets, bathrooms, offices… basically anywhere you want to smell amazing. Just don’t lay it on surfaces — heat can make it stain.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Heck yes. We live for custom work. Just remember — 2–3 week turnaround time because we’re making it just for you.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for clothing returns/exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Damaged items (including Freshies or cleaners) must have photo proof to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipping. Contact us immediately.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Q: How should I care for clothing?
A: Follow the care instructions on each item’s tag. Most can be machine washed on gentle and hung to dry.

Q: Are household cleaners safe for kids and pets?
A: Cleaners are for general household use. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and follow label instructions carefully.
